The Group Performance Director is responsible for driving new customer acquisition through a centralised strategy which is managed on a group level. The aim is to ensure a consistent and aligned execution of performance marketing efforts across all markets of the Invia Group (DACH & CEE).In addition, lies the primary focus in optimising key channels, including PPC, Display/Programmatic and Social Paid. The role also emphasises optimising ad spend and aligning all activities with the Invia Group's overall performance marketing strategy.
By centralising performance marketing under the Group Performance Director, the Invia Group ensures a harmonised approach, leveraging tools and technologies to maximise efficiency and results. Integration of AI tools will also play a key role in refining marketing activities and enabling cutting-edge performance marketing solutions.
